Located just 22 miles from Charlotte and less than 10 minutes from downtown Davidson and the beautiful shores of Lake Mormon, River Run is one of the largest and most popular planned residential communities in the area. Homes range in size from around 2200 square feet to over 10,000 square feet, providing a wide variety of custom designs and price ranges. Homesites surround the sprawling 18 hole golf course that covers over 7,000 yards of challenging terrain. The River Run Golf Course recently underwent a $2,500,000 makeover and was awarded the most improved private golf course by Golf Inc Magazine. The Kutcha Club can also play host to weddings, events, and corporate meetings.
